PP material belongs to thermoplastic materials, with fewer burrs after injection molding, and the sprue materials and waste products during the production process can be directly crushed and recycled, which is in line with the current green and low-carbon circular concept in the manufacturing industry. This not only reduces raw material loss, but also simplifies logistics management, making the automated assembly line for tire production smoother.

Of course, applying PP materials to dynamic load-bearing components such as tires is not without challenges. Due to the low surface energy of polypropylene, bonding with rubber has always been a technical challenge. The current mainstream solution is to perform plasma treatment or flame treatment on the surface of PP bead separators to increase surface roughness and polar groups, and then combine it with specialized thickening agent slurry to achieve strong chemical bonding with uncured rubber, ensuring that the two can form an inseparable whole after tire vulcanization is completed.

With the increasing demand for tire quietness and comfort in new energy vehicles, the uniformity of tire structure has become unprecedentedly important. PP bead separators are becoming an indispensable standard component for high-quality tires due to their stable geometric shape and reliable physical properties. Although it is not conspicuous, it silently guards the tight connection between the tire and the wheel rim in every start, turn, and braking, and is a microcosm of the refined development of the modern tire industry.
