In terms of dimensional accuracy, PP bead separators can be controlled within a thickness tolerance of ± 0.05mm and a surface roughness (Ra) of less than 0.8 μ m through precision extrusion molding technology. This high-precision surface treatment not only avoids defects such as dents and dents in the tire bead area, but also improves the fit between the tire and the wheel rim by more than 15%. According to actual test data from a certain tire company, the size consistency qualification rate of the tire bead area increased from 92% to 99.6% after using PP separators.
Environmental protection and economy are also important advantages of PP tire bead separators. It has a long service life and can be reused more than 300 times, significantly reducing the cost of consumables and downtime replacement frequency for enterprises. Meanwhile, polypropylene material is non-toxic and odorless, and can be recycled and reused after disposal, which is in line with the development trend of green manufacturing. According to statistics from a large tire factory, the comprehensive adoption of PP separators can reduce solid waste emissions by more than 200 tons per year.
