In the storage and transportation scenario of passenger car tires, lightweight and slip resistance are core requirements. Conventional use of 1.0-1.5mm thick Circular plastic flaps with a density of 0.91g/cm ³ results in a single square meter weight of only 0.91-1.37kg, which is 25% lighter than traditional PVC partitions. Single batch transportation can save 12% of logistics costs. For the design of the arc-shaped contact surface of car tires, the PP bead separator adopts hot bending forming technology, and the bending radius can be customized to 150-300mm. The adhesion with the tire bead reaches over 98%, effectively dispersing the extrusion stress during storage and transportation. Engineering tires (such as loader and excavator tires) have strict requirements for the wear resistance and chemical resistance of PP bead separators. Using ultra thick PP tire bead separators with a thickness of 3.5-15.0mm, the surface is treated with silicon carbide coating, and the wear resistance coefficient is increased to 0.55. In the friction test with steel wheels, the accumulated wear after 5000 frictions is only 0.12mm. Its chemical resistance can withstand commonly used media such as diesel and hydraulic oil in construction machinery, and there is no swelling or deformation phenomenon after soaking for 72 hours. In terms of size adaptation, circular PP bead separators can be customized according to the diameter of the engineering tire bead (500-1200mm), with an inner ring tolerance controlled within ± 0.5mm to ensure a tight fit with the bead and avoid diaphragm displacement caused by vibration during operation.
