Recently, a core component enterprise in the domestic tire industry announced that its independently developed new tire pad product has officially gone into mass production. This product achieves a dual breakthrough in performance and cost control by using innovative composite material formulas and precision molding processes, bringing a new solution to tire manufacturing enterprises.
Traditional tire plates generally suffer from insufficient aging resistance and low assembly accuracy, which not only affects the overall service life of tires, but also increases the scrap rate in the production process. After two years of research and development, we innovatively added nanoscale reinforcing fibers to the substrate, which increased the product's tensile strength by 35% and expanded its high and low temperature resistance range to -40 ℃ to 120 ℃, fully meeting the tire usage needs under different climatic conditions. At the same time, by optimizing the mold design, the product size tolerance is controlled within ± 0.02mm, and the assembly efficiency is increased by 20% compared to traditional products, effectively reducing the production time cost of tire enterprises.
According to the product manager, the new Plastic tray has been tested and verified by multiple leading tire companies in China, and has shown excellent stability and adaptability in trial feedback in fields such as heavy-duty tires and new energy vehicle tires. At present, three companies have signed long-term supply agreements, with an expected annual production capacity of 5 million sets, which will save nearly 200 million yuan in production costs for the industry. The person in charge said that in the future, the company will continue to invest in research and development to promote the development of tire bead separator products towards lighter weight and higher integration.
