During installation, the inner tube valve passes through the circular hole on the gasket to ensure that the valve is not worn. The tire bead pad is installed between the inner tube and the wheel rim, with a thicker center and gradually thinner edges from the inside out. The outer surface of the tire bead pad also has a centerline as the alignment line during installation. There is also a hole on the centerline for the inner fetal air valve to pass through.
The requirements for the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber material for the bead pad are relatively low, but it must have good aging resistance to ensure its stable performance during long-term use.
