Its thermal deformation temperature can reach over 110 ℃, and it can be used for a long time in a sulfurization environment of 150 ℃ without softening. In practical applications, PP bead separators can withstand vulcanization pressures of 10-15MPa, and products with a thickness of 2-5mm can maintain stable physical properties even after repeated use. According to usage data from a certain tire factory, the average service life of PP bead separators can reach over 300 times, which is 10 times longer than traditional paper separators.
Dimensional accuracy is crucial for the quality of tire molding. The thickness tolerance of the PP bead separator can be controlled within ± 0.05mm, and the surface roughness Ra value is less than 1.6 μ m, effectively avoiding defects such as pitting and scratches on the tire bead. In terms of chemical corrosion resistance, PP material has excellent resistance to rubber additives, release agents, etc. After 72 hours of chemical reagent immersion testing, its mass change rate is less than 1%, ensuring long-term stability.
Environmental protection and economy are also important characteristics of PP tire bead separators. The product can be 100% recycled and reused, and it will not cause pollution to the environment after being discarded. From a cost perspective, although the initial procurement cost of PP tire bead separators is slightly higher than traditional materials, their long service life and low maintenance costs result in a comprehensive usage cost of only about 30% of traditional materials. According to statistics from a large tire factory, the comprehensive adoption of PP bead separators can save approximately 1.5 million yuan in consumable costs annually.
