In production, it is necessary to accurately control the mold temperature between 60 ℃ and 80 ℃, and extend the holding time to offset the dimensional deviation caused by material shrinkage, ensuring that the thickness tolerance is controlled within ± 0.05mm.

In practical application scenarios, the dual role of PP bead separators is particularly evident. After the wire ring wrapping process, the partition is used to isolate multiple layers of tire rings to prevent adhesion; In the Apex shaping stage, the working surface with a specific curvature acts as the "shaping mold", forcing the apex to maintain the correct angle during the cooling process to prevent it from rebounding and deforming.
